Lorenzo Lorenzetti (b.1995 Royal Oak, MI) is currently living and working in Los Angeles, CA. His multimedia practice embraces a close connection to the creation process in both conventional materials and newer industrial processes. Often blurring the lines between figuration and abstraction, his sculptures invite reflection on the relevance of tradition in an increasingly digital world. He received his MFA in sculpture at the Cranbrook Academy of Art (2020) and his BFA from the University of Michigan’s Penny W. Stamps School of Art & Design (2017). His work has been exhibited at Galerie X11, La Beast Gallery, Névé Gallery, Wasserman Projects, White Brick Gallery, and Galerie Camille.
